Refining the visual identity
of brand known for careful craftsmanship

The fine jewelry maker approached us for help refining an existing logomark and selecting the perfect complementary typeface.
We rebalanced the logo, tweaking the lines slightly to conform with a geometric formula known as the golden ratio. The result was something that could work well in a variety of formats, even as an element etched into the jewelry itself. We cut a custom typeface based on elements of Brown and Biko, and crafted business cards and notecards that incorporated these elements.

“GDP respected me and my brand voice while still offering their
brilliant take on how to elevate what I had”

“The experience of working with GDP was wonderful,” says Lauren Harwell Godfrey. “I’ve received a lot of positive feedback about my logo and business cards, and feel confident when I present them to people as a representation of the work I do.”
